For website maintenance we have specific policy and it has to be signed before entering into the maintenance contract.

• We have a backup copy of the website and it will be maintained locally.
• By website maintenance we mean that we have just a copy of the current website. We do not redesign and revamp.
• Updation work will be completed within 5 working days.
• We take utmost care in updation. Accurate changes will be made by us without any flaw. It is fully client’s responsibility to go through the updates and inform us if there is any fault in the website. If any error occurs due to the changes made by the client’s means we charge for hourly updates.
• Clients have all rights to question the difference between “updates” and “newdesign”. We reserve all rights to charge for the work done at our company rates. Any new designs created apart from the present one means normal designing charges are applicable.
• In case of any updates, we prefer soft copies rather than hard copy. Most of the updates are preferred by mail. In case of documents means it should be in proper format like in case of documents we prefer in .txt or .doc format and pictures has to be in .jpg or .gif. We also accept updates sent via postal or fax. But it is a tedious job in retyping all these documents and scanning of photos. Accordingly the cost of product changes. Hence it is apt to update by mail.
• We do not have control over the third party components like weather info feeds, website trackers etc. Hence if any information loss occurs due to the above said components we do not take any responsibility for the same.
